Blake's Vegetable Garden

  • Radishes

  • Cucumbers

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Carrots

  • Green Leaf Lettuce

  • Celery

  • Red Bell Pepper

  • Optional: Low fat ranch dressing dip

Directions:
Wash all vegetables. Peel and slice carrots into ¼ inch discs. Cut the tops of the radishes and make small decorative cuts on sides. Slice the cucumbers into ¼ inch discs and trim edges. Slice celery into 3 inch sticks. Remove the top of the bell peppers, scallop the edges and remove the core. Arrange the colorful mixture of vegetables on small plates; fill red bell peppers with ranch dressing dip.
