The
Central California Regional Obesity Prevention Program (CCROPP) is a
3-year initiative to reduce disparities in obesity and diabetes in the
San Joaquin Valley. Creating healthier communities so that our residents
can lead healthier lives.
Funded by The California Endowment; this program is a unique partnership
involving California State University, Fresno, six public health
departments, six community-based organizations, and six obesity councils
in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced and Tulare counties.
