Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Kiwi fruit, pealed and diced |

Golden delicious apple, cored,
peeled, and diced |
| 4oz |
raspberries, chopped |
| ½ lb |
Strawberries, chopped |

White sugar |
| ½ T |
Brown sugar |
| 1½ T |
Low sugar berry preserves |

10inch whole wheat tortillas |
| 1 T |
Cinnamon sugar |

Mangos |
Directions:
In a large bowl thoroughly mix first
7 ingredients. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15
minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly moisten one side of each
tortilla with water. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a
large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges lightly with cinnamon sugar. Bake
in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Serve with
chilled fruit salsa. Garnish platter with cubes of mango.
