Heat butter, water, and vanilla in a
sauce pan. Stir until butter melts. Mix oats, grape nuts, salt and
cinnamon in mixing bowl. Add liquid ingredients. Mix together. Spread
onto cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees approximately 1 hour, stirring
every 20 minutes. Makes approximately 3 cups.
Layer in cups:
3 cantaloupe balls, 1 piece
tangerine, 2 tablespoons granola mixture, 1 watermelon ball, 2 slices
banana, then 2 tablespoons granola.
